HOW TO USE
Simple Steps to Perfect Injera
Take package contains 1 serving powder.
Open the package and prepare your serving of our premium teff injera mix.
Mix it with 350 ml of warm water in a bowl.
Ensure the water is warm (not hot) for the perfect consistency and activation of the natural fermentation.
Make sure the mixture is well combined.
Stir thoroughly until you achieve a smooth, lump-free batter with the perfect traditional texture.
Heat your cooking pan to around 360°F.
Preheat your injera pan or non-stick skillet to the optimal temperature for authentic results.
Once the pan is ready, pour in the mixture and cook it.
Pour the batter in a circular motion, cook until bubbles form, then cover and steam to perfection.
